The Iowa Forensic League (IFL) is a non-profit organization which is dedicated to speech and debate education in the state of Iowa.  IFL membership is comprised of junior high and high schools whose students compete in speech and debate activities.  The IFL hosts two tournaments each season: the Fall Conference and the IHSFL State Tournament.

NOVICE PROJECT
Below are resources for policy novice competitors.  Some Iowa tournaments require that novices adhere to these case limits until November.  If you have questions about individual tournament policies, contact the tournament director for more information.
