The Iowa Forensic League (IFL) is a non-profit organization which is dedicated to speech and debate education in the state of Iowa.  IFL membership is comprised of junior high and high schools whose students compete in speech and debate activities.  The IFL hosts two tournaments each season: the Fall Conference and the IHSFL State Tournament.

NOVICE PROJECT
 
Below are the files for the 2008-2009 Iowa Novice Policy Project: the use of these files is mandatory for the 2008 Kanellis Overnighter, to be held at West High in Iowa City on 10-11 October.
